If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the product. If your order gets lost in transit, you have 30 days from the expected delivery date to report the issue. We will cover the costs for any errors made on our end.
If you need to return a product, it will be sent to our partner’s facility, and we’ll notify you when it’s received. Unclaimed returns will be donated after 30 days.
Important Points:
- Wrong Address: If an incorrect address is provided, the package will be returned, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed orders will also be returned, and reshipment costs will apply.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products like face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Customer Returns: If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., different size), you’ll need to place a new order at your own expense. Please contact us before sending any products back.
